Shanai K. Green

Shanai K. Green is an Associate Attorney at Frasier & Griffin, PLLC. Shanai joined the firm in October of 2022 with the desire to surround herself with reputable, experienced, and compassionate attorneys. Shanai knew that she wanted to be an attorney for as long as she could remember, and she made sure that everyone else knew it too. She has been and still is known for always having a response. Shanai was born in Sumter, South Carolina. She attended grade school in Summerton, South Carolina, notable for the landmark case Briggs v. Elliott.

Shanai started her legal career in high school as a legal assistant for The Moore Law Firm, LLC. in her hometown. Her experience there reassured her decision to pursue a law degree. Shanai attended and graduated with honors from Winthrop University in 2018, where she received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. In 2016, Shanai was initiated into the Mu Xi Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., of which she is still an active and financial member. Shanai attended and graduated with honors from North Carolina Central University School of Law in 2022, where she earned her Juris Doctorate. During her law school career, Shanai had several internships including: The Office of the Public Defender of Southampton, Isle of Wight, and Franklin County, the Office of Development, and Emancipate NC. Currently, Attorney Green handles all civil matters for the firm including: Personal Injury, Estate Planning, and Family Law issues. She additionally assists the firm with Criminal and Traffic matters. 

Attorney Green is a proud dog mom to her darling Morkie, Carter G. In her free time, she enjoys retail therapy, traveling and fine dining. Attorney Green prides herself in giving back to her alma mater through mentoring and assisting students during bar prep.
