Driving alcohol and then driving intoxicated could cause a lot of issues in your life. Do you have to take the breathalyzer test? 

You do not have to take the breathalyzer test,  but it’s important to know you will lose your license for a year if you do not. The decision to not take the test may do more harm than good if you are not over the legal limit – .08%.

Call a witness. 

Most people do not know that when they do take the breathalyzer test and the exercises to prove intoxication that they can call in a witness. You can call your friend, loved one, or someone else you know just to watch. This can come in handy if you go to court.
